AHA Website Content Compliance 23-24

The AHA’s Website Content Compliance Training is intended for all staff who will be creating content (or will have content created on their behalf) to be posted on any public-facing AHA event related website page.  This content could include Route Maps, Event Programs, Survivor Stories, FAQ content, etc.  Any staff who read through the Website Content Compliance self-paced training document and then successfully complete the post-training certification exam will receive a training certification badge in Workday and have their names recognized in the National Systems Update e-Newsletter.   Staff who complete the training will learn success factors for ensuring that the content they submit for posting to websites meets AHA standards for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Branding, Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT), and other essentials. This, in turn, will streamline the process and time spent on developing and submitting website content while also improving the finished product.
